What is a holistic health coach?
Evie holds a Master of Science in Health Education and has also completed two nationally-recognized coaching certifications. Evie graduated from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition which is rooted in investigating hidden healing opportunities within the hormone, immune, digestion, detoxification, energy and nervous systems using functional lab testing. Working alongside a Medical Director, Evie can coach clients through their healing journey using functional lab testing available as a FDN-P.
Evie also completed her first coaching certification through the largest nutrition school in America, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. IIN teaches that a Health Coach is a “supportive mentor who helps clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes and personalized, one-on-one encouragement.” Evie believes that the body will heal itself if given half a chance, and this is the chance it needs.
With Evie as your health coach, you will learn to understand your body and its functions and get to the root cause of your symptoms. Having personal experience with thyroid disease, weight management and hormonal imbalance, Evie will guide you to better health through education, guidance and encouragement. Your coaching sessions with Evie will be centered around nutrition, hormone, thyroid, gut, and lifestyle education to optimize your health.
